Subject: Phantom did it again!
I just got home from our show tonight.
Phantom won his First Level test with a 66.333%. He did
really well. The weather wasn't the best and it was very
windy and it poured the night before. I never showed Phantom in
this type of wind or that sloppy of wet footing. But he
was a good boy and did the best that he could. He got a little
explosive down the one dignital and bolted across instead of a
lengthen but came back with a beautifly lengthen. My
judge, Fran Dearing, was such a nice judge. She said some
great things about Phantom. I was so proud of him.
I'll send you some pictures soon. And we finished that day
as Reserve JR/AA First Level. I have to get my entry in
for Devon this week!

Subject: We Won!
Date: Sunday, August 3, 2008
Here are some pictures from our
last show at Grand Haven for your website. Phantom won with a
65% in a very large class. He was again the youngest horse in
the class. We qualified and we're going to be heading to regionals in
September. It's the weekend before Devon. I'm very proud
of him. The judge had some great comments for us too. |

Hey Fredericka, I
haven't talked to you in a while. We just got back from our
first show of the season. I competed Phantom at First Level
for the first time and we scored a 61%. He got a little over
excited and decided to canter down the centerline instead of
trotting. He's just ready for Grand Prix and wants to get
over this little boring stuff. lol.
Judge C. Trentelman really liked Phantom and
gave him some great comments! She said that Phantom is an
"Awesome Horse!!!"
I love Phantom,
he's just really everything I always dreamed for and I would never
sell him. Not for billions and billions of dollars.
He's just really special. I don't think I'll ever have
another horse like him. He's a horse in a lifetime. Jackie |

I just got home from the NODA banquet that was
tonight. Phantom and I got reserve champion in Training Level Jr/young
rider with a 63.147%. I'm so proud of Phantom, I didn't think
that we were going to get an award let alone reserve champion.
Not only that, he's the youngest horse in NODA! Talk to you
soon, Jackie |

Subject: Grand
Haven Show
I just
got back from the Grand Haven Dressage Show. Phantom was
amazing! Our hard work paid off. The first day, we had a
really tough German judge. She wasn't scoring anybody high at all.
Phantom got a 64% putting us in fourth place. We were less
than a point away from the winning horse. He improves at each
show and each ride we do. The next day, our ride was at 8:30
in the morning. It was a beautiful day too. We had an
awesome judge who loved Phantom. We did our test almost
perfect. He is only three years old, had a "baby moment," got
a little silly; I think it was the morning air. We got a
67.143%!!!! We got second place! We were .1% away
from first place. We also got the Flying W Farms High Point and the
IGGHR High Point. It was a good weekend. I will send you
some pictures and a DVD as soon a I can.

Subject: Paxton horse show AND FLYING W FARMS PRINCE OF
THEIVES "AKA" PHANTOM
I just got home from the Paxton Dressage Classic.
Phantom was amazing for his first under saddle show. Both of
the judges on Saturday and Sunday were Olympic judges.
On Sunday, Phantom went to show horse mode. He went into the
ring with such presence. He did the test almost perfect except
he did a happy bounce into the canter. We got a 59.31% and got
2nd place!! We beat the imported Warmbloods! I had
Olympic riders like George Williams coming up to look at Phantom and
they would come and watch me ride him. It was amazing.
The one judge talked to me when I finished my test and said how she
thought Phantom is such a great horse and did awesome for a 3 year
old. She told me to keep up the good work and Phantom is going
to become a marvelous Grand Prix horse. I'm so proud of him
and I can't wait for KY in two weeks. I'll send you pictures
when I'm able to. I don't have them with me right now.

Phantom did a wonderful job at the KY Horse Park.
We got 1st place in 3 y/o materiale class with a 71.8%. In
Dressage Training 4 we got a 4th and 5th with a 60.4% both tests.
The judges loved Phantom. The judge said that Phantom and
I were demonstrating the purpose of this level. The one judge
even said it looked like I was on a Grand Prix horse! Wow! I'll send
pictures as soon as possible. I had lots of people always coming
up to ask about Phantom. And they were so surprised on his age
because he was so well behaved. (he is only three years old!)
My trainer's mother, Kelly, really is impressed
with Phantom and would like to plan a day to come down to Flying W
with me to see your babies! She said she would like a horse like
Phantom.
