pups update
Hello
Fredericka and Lucy,
I
trust you both are well. I wanted to touch base and send some new
pics of the Sommerville pups. Moss had ACL surgery in Feb and is
healing great. Just took him in for his check up and all is well.
Ironically, I met Kathleen Rosskopf, her husband and Baleu at the
clinic here in Birmingham. As soon as they walked in I knew he was
an American Mastiff. He looked so much like Maddie. Of course we
became fast friends!
Small world. Maddie is very close to 200 pounds now. She is taller
than Moss and outweighs him since his surgery. I wouldn't believe
it was possible. They are still thick as thieves and love barking
at the neighbors and running at the farm. Still my beloved fur
children. When daddy is not home, they get cuddle bed time with
mama. Moss at my feet, my forever protector and Maddie in my
husband's's place, by my head, my forever cuddle love.
Here
are some recent pictures!
Love
from the Sommerville family!

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope all is well with you, your family and the
animals! Wanted to share a few recent pics of the Sommerville dogs.
Maddie just turned 2. so hard to believe we have had her for this
long. Moss is our old man at 6 years, set in his ways. They are our
fur children and such a joy.
Have a wonderful Holiday season!

Sommerville Pups
I trust you are well. Here are a few recent
pictures of the Sommerville pups, Moss and Maddie. They are thick
as thieves and best of friends.
I think Maddie will out grow Moss. She is
already as tall as he and her paws are MUCH bigger. She is a
sweet & funny girl and a bit destructive in the teething dept. She
has many chew toys and she prefers the corners of stairs, window
sills and outdoor wooden furniture. I think we are past the worst,
thank goodness. Miles nor Moss were chewers so this has been a
lesson. She came through her spade surgery with flying colors,
never skipping a beat.
Moss is my faithful protector and shadow. Where
ever I go, he goes. His love of car rides has transferred to
Maddie so when they hear my car keys, it's a race for the car.

Subject: Maddie Sookie Sommervill'e first week images
Hello Maddie's Friends,
It has been one week and everyone is doing
GREAT! After 2 days she perked up and is our
little Tasmanian Devil, does not stop unless she naps.
William and I have laughed a lot this week and said the word "NO"
at least 1000 times. I have realized instead of joining a gym,
get a puppy. Moss, Maddie and I have spent a lot of time outside
running around and exploring. Moss is just now warming up to his
new companion and playing with her. The first 2 night she howled
a lot in her kennel and is now sleeping until 5:30.
I have attached a few pictures and have
uploaded all I have taken in this first week.
Fredericka and Lucy, It was such a pleasure to
see you both again and to see the farm, dogs and horses is the
daylight. Once we get our farm closer, you will be seeing us
again to get another puppy and a horse. The Friesians' are
beautiful. I was so impressed with your operation and your love of
the animals!
Fondly,
Elizabeth
