Subject: Delilah
Hello,
Sorry we have taken so long to update you on Deliliah. She is doing
great! She seems to grow over night. She is 2 weeks away from
graduating from her first obedience class. She is working on call to
come, without a leash in the back yard. So far so good, as long as
there is a treat in her future. She still loves a belly rub, and
even sleeps on her back at times. She's also interested in watching
animals on TV. She has a best friend- a 9 month German Shepard, who
is just about her size. They play until they are forced to nap.
Delilah went on a trip to the mountains last weekend. She loved to
play, explore, and be lazy on the front porch of the cabin. Attached
are some recent pictures. The pictures by the front door and spiral
bush are to mark her growth- the first one is a 13 weeks and the
second is at 18 weeks. She is funny and sweet, and we love her so
much.
Thanks.

Subject: puppy (Delilah)
Hi Fredericka and Lucy,
We decided on naming puppy Delilah. We are having so much fun with
her. She is very smart and picks up on a lot of things quick. She is
doing great with house training- I can count on 1 hand the amount of
accidents since we've had her. She knows her name, and has just
begun to walk on a leash- that's still a little tricky, but we are
moving forward. Delilah knows how to sit and is practicing stay. She
sure loves to play- our house is like a land mine of toys! She has
also done very well meeting new people, she's always friendly. We
have just introduced her to our family's pets this week. She is not
sure what to think of them yet, as they are all grown and bigger
than her ( not for long). Lucy, you were right, she loves a belly
rub, and sometimes sleeps on her back to expose her belly. She's
curious and always doing what ever we are doing. I'm sending some
pictures, we are documenting her growth next to a spiral bush- you
will see a picture from the 2nd day we had her and yesterday - a
week and a half later. We will keep you posted on her progress.
Thank you so much. We are really enjoying her.
