Hello Lucy and Fredericka,
Hank is now 6 months old and weighs in at 95 pounds! It's hard to
believe that he weighed about 12 pounds when we got him at 7 weeks
old. He is growing into his skin and we absolutely LOVE him!!
Hank is a great addition to our family and is loved by everyone
who meets him. In fact, my friend came over yesterday and wanted
to "take him home in her purse." I guess we won't ever have to
worry about "sneaking" him out of our site...you can't miss this
gentle giant.
He is going to be neutered this weekend, and he'll be starting
another round of obedience training in August. We'll keep you
updated on his progress. Hank continues to entertain us with his
playfulness, his lovable nature and his size. We're just
impressed with this wonderful breed of dog and look forward to the
years we have with Hank!
Hope you're all doing well!

Hi Lucy,
Hank is doing well. We brought him to our
vet on Monday and he weighed in at 13.4 pounds and today I brought
him in to check how he was growing and he weighed 16.9 pounds.
He's a growing boy!! Hank likes playing with Holly and Hardy, his
new dog sister and brother, and he also enjoys our three
children. He's been whining when he needs to go out if he is in
his kennel or in our bed. We continue to work on the potty
training during the day, but he's only had a few accidents. We've
taken him for a couple of short walks to get used to his leash and
so far as good. He likes following the other dogs or one of our
kids!
We are enrolling Hank in Puppy Kindergarten
in April. We'll keep you updated on his progress. I attached a
couple of pictures of Hank too.
Take care,
Heather & Jarrod Mc.

Lucy and Fredericka,
Where do we begin...we LOVE our gentle
giant Hank. He is now 3 1/2 months old and weighs 42.6 pounds
which has earned him the nickname Hank the Tank. Our family,
friends, neighbors and people in general love Hank too. He is
great with our three children who are 10, 9 and 7 years old. They
have taken on many of our pet responsibilities like feeding the
dogs, taking them out to the bathroom and helping walk the dogs.
Hank fits in well with our other two dogs, Hardy (a pug) and Holly
(a Malchi). Every night when Hank comes from work with Jarrod the
family enjoys watching the dogs play and wrestle around. Hank
also graduated Puppy Kindergarten on Monday and was a star
student. He knows his name and the commands, sit, down, and wait.
He even did well with the mini-agility course they had set up. It
was kind of funny watching a 42 pound dog go through the dog
tunnel. Hank has come to my 5th grade classroom and seems to love
the attention of 30+ kids around him. I think he might even
become the school mascot for our children's school because he goes
to their school at least once a week.
All in all, we LOVE Hank and can't imagine
our lives without him. You have truly developed an amazing breed
and we are honored to be part of your dog family.
Heather & Jarrod Mc.

Fredricka and Lucy,
Just wanted to let you know that Jarrod and
Nick made it home with Hank late last night. They drove straight
through and Hank did an amazing job. He let them know when he
needed to go to the bathroom and did not whine at all while
driving home 820 miles to Minnesota.
Our 3 children were so excited to meet him
this morning and our dogs are making a nice adjustment as well.
He is adorable and is a great puppy. We will continue to keep you
updated and send pictures of our growing, giant throughout his
life. He has an appointment to meet his vet tomorrow!
Thank you again for allowing us to
experience this beautiful dog!
Take care,
Heather Mc
